Awards Summary
Each season TAFWA presents awards in a number of categories to members who have contributed to the advancement of the sport of track and field. Up until 2015, all awards were presented at TAFWA's annual gathering during the NCAA Div.1 Track and Field Championships. In 2015, a number of additional awards were instituted and a second awards presentation gathering was commenced at the time of the Millrose Games in New York in February to accommodate members that were unable to attend the main awards presentation gathering at the NCAA Div.1 Championships events.
